Licence No. 49 of 2017 Issued

This marks the foundation stone of the project. The grant of Licence No. 49 of 2017 by the competent authority enabled the development of the land parcel for a licensed real estate project. At this stage, the land parcel legally came into existence as a project, with defined land use, zoning permissions, and regulatory backing—setting the groundwork for future development.

Date of Company Incorporation

The company was incorporated with the vision to execute innovative ideas that are built to perfection and delivered before the committed time. In a market fraught with unfulfilled commitments SHF square stood for “EK SACH”

Change of Developer

A land parcel that had received its license in 2017 but no work had been done was taken over by SHF Square LLP by change of developer with only 1 year left to get completion certificate. SHF took up this challenge to develop a premium plotted township focused on timely delivery and impeccable execution. Thus SHF Homes was conceived.

SHF Project Launch

SHF Homes was officially launched in the market, marking the start of sales and customer engagement. The launch showcased modern architecture and thoughtfully planned living spaces.

SHF Project Launch

SHF Square LLP officially launched the project at a stage when it had completed 70% of the work on site. The launch event was graced by then HARERA chairman Sh. K.K Khandelwal, IAS (Retd). He did a public unveiling of the society and applauded the township for building even before launching sales. The launch showcased a township rooted in Sustainability, wellness, culture and a holistic vision for planning.

Completion Certificate Received

The Project received its completion certificate in record time, within 17 months since start of project. For SHF Square LLP, this milestone demonstrates successful execution within compliance frameworks and marks the transition from construction to readiness for possession.

SHF Floors HARERA Approval (No. 49 of 2024)

Expanding its vision, SHF Square LLP obtained HARERA approval for “SHF Floors,” where apartment where designed with modern amenities and thoughtfully crafted living spaces. This project was also launched when 50% of work on site was complete with a vision to offer delivery in record time. This indicates business growth and continued commitment to regulated development, while diversifying product offerings to meet market demand.

Occupation Certificate Received

Within 7 months of launch, The Occupation Certificate (OC) a key legal document marking completion of project was received for 48 floors. This confirmed that the project is safe and fit for occupancy, with all essential services (water, electricity, sanitation) in place. This landmark enabled 50 families to move into their homes by getting possession 3 years before the commited timeline.

Keys Handover Event

This milestone celebrates the culmination of the project journey.After all families had taken possession after clearing their formalties, the keys to their home was given to them by with Sh. Rao Narbir SINGH (MLA Haryana) as its Chief guest for the even. This moment reflects customer trust, delivery commitment, and the successful transformation of a licensed land parcel into a lived-in community.
